Ghostbusters

I spent YEARS playing the Spectrum version of Ghostbusters! I used to pick the slowest car, get 4 traps, the PK detector, the Image intensifier, the bait and the ghost vacuum, and have about ?400 left. If you went over the ghosts on the main map, you got to suck them up with the vacuum while you were driving. Then the Marshmallow Man thing at the end. MAN that was ace!

Whilst loading (from cassette obvs!) if you held down the spacebar of your Commodore 64 it would shout: "Ghostbusters Ahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaa!"

I love this too...My friend over the road had the C64 (we only had the Vic20 so had to make do with Gorf and Blitz..) and i always used to hassle him to play Ghostbusters. don't forget the little bouncing ball when singing along to the theme tune Mulletino ;o)

Still one of my all time fave C64 games. Spent hours just singing along to the theme tune words and pressing space at the right time for a chorus of "ghostbusters!".

My version was bugged. As soon as you caught a ghost in the trap, you'd hear "he slimed me", then the game would freeze! Was still quite fun though
