Magic Robot

Basically, Magic Robot was a number of large paper cards with a reflective disc in the middle. This is where you placed the robot. The robot had a wand/stick in his hand and you pointed this to the question, let go and then it spun to the correct answer, which was in circles around the paper. it was the most amazing thing I had ever seen and still stumps me to this day. It was correct every time.

Forget Bewitched, this was real magic!

I had this game around the early 70s and was totally amazed by it. Still can't quite work out how it always got the correct answers. However, eventually you got to remember all the answers which made carrying on playing it a bit pointless. Fun while it lasted though.

This was probably the best toy ever. lt was a board with a metal robot with a stick you point at a question (the were different pages of subjects ) the put him on a magnetic circle, and he gave the answer. lt was probably in the sixties when l had this and most have been for boffins, but l loved it, happy memories.
