This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

Floral Gums were soapy tasting sweets. I thought they looked gorgeous in the sweet shop window so stuffed a handful into my mouth! All I can say is URRGH! I was actually sick!

    I loved em, they actually tasted like flowers, very subtle not very strong. You could make them last forever if you ate them one by one, but because the taste wasn't that strong and they were small I always stuck about 20 in me gob at one Go!

    They have and always will be my favourite sweets,but i do hate the black ones

    Actually I rather liked them (although they were impossible to swallow - you just chewed for an eternity!) You can still get them, but like everything else, they're not quite the same!

    Still love them.... think it may be genetic...my kids and nieces and nephews love them too!! Everyone gets their own individual JAR for christmas, makes shopping easy!! maufacturer by the way, was Squirrel Horn also made Cherry Lips; remember them !!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ha, ha... I thought they tasted of perfume?? I still sort of liked them though. Bought some just last weekend actually...

    Who made these horrible things? Many a 10p mix up was ruined by lurking floral gums.

    same here. Don't know if i really wasn't all that bright, but i fell for it every time. Those colourful tasty looking sweets. You may aswell put a handful of soap powder in your mouth.Ughh! whose bright idea were they, some hater of children???
