I seem to remember an earlier version, that had Frank Muir appearing in it and singing the song.
There was a Cadbury's Fruit & Nut tree, dancing in a field......can't remember what else!

As soon as I saw Fruit & Nut, i immediately thought of things dancing round on that desk and went 'everyones a fruit & nut case' out loud. Glad to see Im not the only crazy person here who remembers that awesome ad.

That particular ad was a pale sequel of a Fruit And Nut blockbuster mate! The 'Everyone's A Fruit and Nut Case ballet ad set in the theatre was the better one. That is if my memory serves me right.

The "Everyone's a fruit and nutcase" ads featured an animated tree & was sung by a deep-voiced man.Those Cadbury's chunky bars were launched to rival Yorkie.
