Midge Ure has been in numerous bands since the 70's including Thin Lizzy, Slik, The Rich Kids and Visage (for 4 years) before joining Ultravox. Midge stayed with Ultravox for eight years until they disbanded in 1987.
Midge Ure's solo success came with "If I was" and "Dancing With Tears In My Eyes". Midge was also the other man behind Band Aid with Bob Geldof.
