Howard The Duck (1986)

"Howard the Duck" was actually based on a Marvel comic book character of the same name. Unfortunately, the sarcastic cigar-puffing duck was cheaply made as a tiny rubber costume in the film. Even so, it remains a cult classic.

The story goes something like this: a scientific experiment somehow lulls poor Howard to Earth. With some help from Leah Thompson, Howard the Duck ruins the diabolic plans of Jeffrey Jones (doesn't this guy ever play a good guy?) and saves the day.

Memory.... I'd better forget it! Wow! maybe the most bad tasted and ungly flick I've seen for years. I'ts like a condensed of what the 80's could give the worst. Eek. The midget duck is just, totally and completely scary. I like this movie because everything is sooo wasted (remember the sexy scene...). G.Lucas himself threatens to poursue anybody who mention this film to him.

Who would remember this movie as a George Lucas movie or that the crazy Scientist was a young-looking Tim Robbins?
