Fangs

Fangs were Vampire teeth-shaped maize snacks which came in a red packet and were Cheese and Onion flavour. They came out together with a packet of bone-shaped Salt and Vinegar snacks called Bones that were in a black/dark brown packet. I remember them running a promotion at the beginning where you cut out tokens and sent them off for a bookmark of your favourite horror film character - I got Frankenstein.

SOMEONE ELSE REMEMBERS ROCK N ROLLERS!!!!! The guy on the packet and the ads was bald and a bit frightening! They were sort of skull shaped. they were delish, as were bones. Fangs and rancheros, too. Ah, nostalgia. Well played, guys.

I absolutely adored Bones - they were essentially Salt'n'vinegar flavoured spines. I can't recall getting quite the same exquisite salt'n'vinegar sensation from anything else before or since.

Fangs and Bones were headed under Horror bags i think. We used to run about the playground chasing other kids with the fangs version over our teeth.
