Now whatever happened to Galaxy Counters? They were amazing! They looked just like Minstrels but without the shell and had the same shape packaging as Mistrels too but the wrapper was white. A picture of Bambi comes in to my head on this packet for some reason?

Hello everyone, Well I still have a pick & blue striped toy cat which I believe I saved galaxy button packets for in the 60's.I think he was called "Candy" the cat for Galaxy candy buttons. He is a bit worse for ware but still alive.

My friend and I were talking about the Galaxy Counters the other day but couldn't remember what they were called. White packet, giraffe, counters were the footprints. Used to buy them with my pocket money from the newsagents many moons ago. Good news is they are back as of May 2010. Same packaging as Minstrels and called Galaxy Counters. Too good to share!

HURRAH 8-D .....they're back at long last!!!!
Yes, they are still as yummy as they were back then but feel a but larger to me somehow. Buy them in Asda for only £1 per large bag as Tesco and Morrissons both want £1.67 for them.
Beware if you're on a diet guys as they are sooooooooo addictive!!
