I remember playing a Jaws themed board game in the late 70s in which a player had to remove a leg from their plastic swimmer every time they were caught by the shark. Great fun for us 8/9 year olds. I'm convinced it was called something like "Shark Attack", but can't find anything online. Am I imagining it?
