Not the ordinary Aero, but the other flavours from the 70's which included coffee, strawberry (and Aero that was pink inside) and lime flavours! I think, although this sounds mad, that there was date & walnut flavour too. I had an argument at work in the early 90's about a strawberry flavour Aero existing. Some of us said it did, some said it didn't. So we wrote to Rowntree. I still have the letter somewhere.

    The Nestle version of Aero (like all the Nestle versions of former Rowntree Mackintosh products) is not a patch on the Rowntree Mackintosh version of the 1970s/80s the chocolate is totally different

    My favourite Aero was the milk/plain one. Milk chocolate on the inside but plain chocolate coating.

    can anyone remember the limited eition white chocolate aero ?

    I vaguely remembered the Strawberry Aero and after a bit of research it does confirm it did exsist. There was also a lime Aero. They were limited editions. Then in 1974 the orange aero was introduced as a special edition.

      I lived in a sweet and tobacconists when I was a young lad and remember the orange version. I loved it but it wasn't popular.
