  I too loved this programme as a kid growing up in the 70's. (Undoubtedly the reason I've had a successful career as an engineer for the past 40 years). The theme tune's called "Fourth Dimenson - Take another look" and was done by the brilliant BBC Radiophonic Workshop. The whole album contains many theme tunes I'm sure you'll remember if you're a UK 70's gogglebox kid like I was. (Check them all out they're TV gold).
