  • Corona soft drinks
My husband Cliff worked for Corona Soft Drinks from 1968 to 1973. His Saturday boy was Alec Mulligan and his Supervisor was Barry Hopwood, they are still in touch today. The Corona range was of exceptional quality, the products they carried were lemonade, limeade, dandelion and burdock, orangeade and american cream soda, tango orange and lemon, idris shandys, Hunts mixes, pickling vinegar BEST EVER ginger punch, Mortons pie fillings, Corona tinned blackcurrants, Cassilda Cream Sherry (Christmas only) and many other agency lines in the winter to boost n.s.v. Corona was the first Company to give us 3 weeks holiday a year, sick pay, profit sharing and pension scheme. An exceptional Company to work for. Britvic should be ashamed to have allowed such quality products to slip into oblivion.
