Brilliant actor who has appeared in dozens of my favourite films from the 80s and 90s including The Money Pit, Splash, Dragnet, Big, Sleepless in Seattle, The Burbs, The Man with One Red Shoe and loads more.

Although Tom Hanks is still acting today he first hit the big time in the early eighties and he is one of the most prominent actors of my childhood.

    Well what can you say about a brilliant actor. I first saw him in Bachelor Party and laughed and laughed. In the Burbs with Carrie Fisher he was brilliantly mad. But, my favourite film has to be Big. I really enjoyed the way he acted as a child in a grown ups body. Brilliant.
