Toffos were chewy toffee sweets that came in a normal toffee flavoured version, a mixed flavour type and a mint one I think. The mixed ones were banana, chocolate, strawberry and toffe if I recall correctly.

They definitely still make original Toffo's and the fruit flavoured ones, in fact I had a packet the other day from my local BP. The fruit flavours are apple, strawberry, banana and pineapple! Very nice. Don't think they do the mint ones though sadly!

I remember Toffo's , around '76 , i was still at primary school and got a tube of Toffo's before school , as ya do . on the tube was a stamp , you had to collect a few of these and the newsagent would give you a silver coloured plastic sherriffs badge.I was chuffed to bits , i wore it on my little duffle coat for ages :0)

I just bought a pack of fruit flavoured toffos the other day, one of the flavours in them was apple, i cant remember the last time i had seem them, i thought they had discontinued them.
