The Hello Girls

The Hello Girls was set in this big office with lots of ladies working to connect up telephone calls. One of these ladies was Letitia Dean (used to be Sharon in EastEnders). Like Heartbeat was based in the 60s, The Hello Girls was based in the 1950s, so you got to see a lot of the fashions and trends of that time. It also meant Mum and Dad didn't mind you watching it as there was never any swearing or bad storylines in it. It's always stuck in my head for this reason. I absolutely loved it when it was on in the 90s.
