Does anyone remember Ketchips? They were almost like a mashed potato consistancy but they had a strip of tomato sauce in the middle and were made out to look like chips. I have a feeling they were discontinued by McCains due the tomato sauce reaching a scolding temperature when cooked - but this might just be a bad rumour. They were lovely, though.

    I remember a comedian in the late 1990s saying they were for kids who were too stupid to use a ketchup bottle !

    i remember them, used to give them to my kids in early 90s, think birds eye produced them

    I can't believe it. Everyone thinks I'm nuts but I knew they existed. Used to bite them in half to see the saucy centre!! Yum, bring them back, but with a warning about the ketchup temp!

    Absolutely loved these! I remember having them with steak and mushrooms when I was little! A rough kinda ridged coating, mashed potato and tomato sauce in the middle. Would love to see these make a comeback.
