Count Duckula

This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

count duckula is one of my favourite cartoons ever as it mixed gothic horror, animation and comedy also dr von goosewing's assistant does exist in one episode he explained that heinrich accidently drank an invisibility potion that goosewing still hasn't found a potion for

Urrrmm...not sure if Gemma is being sarcastic or not, but anyways, I think Dr Von Goosewings sidekick was a figment of his imagination..you know..taking the spoof of a mad psychiatrist bent on killing the vampire. Brilliant cartoon, loved it when Nanny shouted "Duckypooooos!" (My Dad does a mean impression of her voice!)

My first memories in this world are of learning how to use a remote. Yes, it's pathetic, but I remember that I would always see this show and having a toddler brain I would be very confused on what it was about. I don't think I really knew how to talk yet at that point.

Count Duckula was the greatest - especially Nanny.

I adored Count Duckula as a kid. Nanny was a great character, a clumsy great turkey or something who'd always be nearby to walk through the wall with tea and choccy biccies (yum!) I was just glad the evil Von Goosewing (Goosevink) never managed to see his plans in fruition! And why did you never see Heinrich, his alleged assistant?!
