Cadbury's Bar Six

Often a favourite for swimming bath vending machines, Cadbury's Bar Six was a creamy chocolate bar with a wafer centre and hazelnut cream, they were very similar to a Chunky Kit-Kat. Bar Six had a orange wrapper and was wrapped in a soft foil .

Ever other sunday afternoon or so, my mother`s cousins would come to our house in County Tyrone and give us kids a Bar Six. There was never a matter of one or the other. Just Bar Six. Needless to say we were always delighted.

I remember when Bar Six first came out here in the UK - it was sixpence, or half a bob, in old money. That's 2.5p in the new currency.

My absolute favourite of all time, wish they'd bring this back, better than Kit-Kats any day!

I remember when Cadburys's 1/4lb cboc bar was...1/4 pound! Now it's 3oz and price went UP to compensate! My Cadbury's days are over. Also thought I read someplace (last year) they had bought some of that contaminated milk from ...China (where else!!)0
