    I am sure they were included so that Dads would allow their kids to watch the rest of Top of the Pops! They used to 'dance' to a tune if a pop group were unable to make a studio appearance - there were the days before ABBA invented the 'pop video'

    in my pre teens I loved them, really risque in their movements, very surprised my parents let us watch them with their gyrating and wiggling in barely there outfits to make the spice girls look like the Von Trappes.
