This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

These were the fore-runner to the massively trendy MBT shoes of today!

The sandals had an upper part that was leather but the sole was a platform that curved at the front and back - hence the name rockers!

Rockers were bikers from around the late 50's onward...Remember the "Mods and Rockers" from that great film "Quadrophenia".....I was a rocker, I still am in many ways. I have a 1972 650 Triumph Bonneville, and I (we) still go to Status Quo gigs !
