Outer Spacers crisps were like a 70's version of the 'Space Raiders' 10p crisps kids get nowadays. I remember beer flavoured spaceship things, pickled onion space stations and one that was mango chutney flavour and the beef ones turned your fingers orange!

I remeber them well! We bought a whole box one christmas - Beefburger flavour. Shaped like a capital letter A. I used to bite the tip, then squeeze the legs together until the shape snapped. HAPPY DAYS!!
