Does anyone out there remember Moose bars? No one believes that they existed. They were in a dark blue paper wrapper with a picture of a moose wearing (I think) a red scarf. The chocolate bar was a little bit like a Milky Way, with a moussey texture (excuse the pun). They were way better than Milky Way and my Dad used to buy them for me from my local Bob shop (who remembers those?) when I was a kid.

yes.....i remeber the mooses bar, i'v asked a few people an nobody remebers, they were the best. They should bring them back !!!

I ma not going mad then. I remember distinctly the Moose bar bigger than a milky way and it came in a two tone blue wrapper. I used to buy them every week 30 years ago now I can find no-one who even remembers them...I have a feeling the galaxy people made them as they had a "sort of galaxy" taste but i could be wrong? I could never repeat the experience as I have been Vegan for 20 odd years but at least I will always have the memory...

I remember Moose...they were actually called Super Moose..in a blue wrapper with a pic of a moose on front dressed in cape like supermans..puchin his hand or hoof in the air..they were a bit like Milky Ways but bigger..very yummY!

I remember supermoose from 1970! I lived in Kent at the time - moved to live in Norfolk and never saw one again and everyone I know thinks I'm suffering from "false memory syndrome"! Was it a south of England thing?

Thank the lordy! No-one in my cirlce remembers Moose Bars but I so do and yes, blue wrapper with a moose with a red scarf on and like Milky Way but miles better - JLC Bring Back the Moose Bar!!!!!!!!!!!

yes I remember moose bars too, but does anyone remember country way bars (milk choc bar with raisins and biscuit bits), pink panthers (starwberry choc bars) and counters (like buttons, the bag had a pelican on them)?

I remember waiting at a bus top when I was about 4 with my mum munching on a Moose bar and looking at the pretty packet! They were just like Milky Way with a brown mousse centre....just like Milky Way had, back then!

A forum i use as just had the topic "memories" put up and i said about moose bars but nobody remembers them...i was starting to think i had dreamt about them...although my brother remembers them too.Cant get an image of the wrapper anywhere though:(
