I ma not going mad then. I remember distinctly the Moose bar bigger than a milky way and it came in a two tone blue wrapper. I used to buy them every week 30 years ago now I can find no-one who even remembers them...I have a feeling the galaxy people made them as they had a "sort of galaxy" taste but i could be wrong? I could never repeat the experience as I have been Vegan for 20 odd years but at least I will always have the memory...
