Death On The Nile (1978)

Classic Agatha Christie murder-drama with Peter Ustinov playing the brilliant Belgian detective Hercule Poirot.

Several murders take place on a cruise boat down the river Nile in Egypt and everyone is a suspect. Only one man can find the real killer(s) but I won't say any more in case I spoil the surprise for you.

Death on the Nile has also been dramatised for TV in the UK with David Suchet playing the role of Poirot.

My best memory of this, is of a drunken Angela Lansbury calling Poirot, "Mr Porridge".
