A hilarious and heart-warming comedy starring Billy Crystal as one of a group of big-city men going through a mid-life crisis.

The three men decide to go on a wild west cattle driving holiday together but are not used to the wild west lifestyle.

Cowboy Curly (Jack Palance) teaches them how to drive the cows but also teaches them a few lessons about life along the way.

    The filmmakers used a puppet calf in the giving birth scene since several takes were needed but the shot of Norman getting to his feet was actual footage taken just after birth. Billy Crystal actually assisted in the real delivery. Six calves were used in this scene and Billy Crystal arranged for all of them to live full lives on a farm.

    I like this film. I went to see it with my sister and my cousin Gordon - who seemed to eat the whole way through it, pop corn, hot dogs etc etc. The baby calf was a real star of the show.
