This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

I seem to remember a friend at school bringing in a 'Christopher Lee' Dracula head. When you put money in the slot at the back of the head the eyes lit up red!

    I remember this! My brother had one. I remember the almost clockwork noise it made as the hand reached out and then laid down to rest again.

    I used to have this moneybox that was shaped like a coffin. You place your money on top, and a skeleton arm would drag the money into the coffin.

    I dont remeber the dracula money box, but I did have a coffin one. The main problem with it was I used to keep on taking the 2p out of the bottom so that I could make it work again! The batteries soon ran out though, so I spent the money on blackcurrant Spangle instead.

    My Grandparents brought a Dracula money box back from the USA. Basically it consisted of a hand that rose out of a coffin and snatched your money. Looking back it seems very primitive now but at the time was quite a novelty, especially with the kids.
