I also remember one-two's & the advert. The advert came in 2 stages of the commercial break. On the wrapper it said "one" on 1 of the fingers & "two" on the other. They weren't out long, seem to remember the wrapper being a dark blue/purple with red writing. I reckon these were out around 1981.
