Up The Ladder was a board game with multi-coloured little men - you all had about 4 - 6 of these and you started at the bottom and took turns throwing a dice and the object was to get all your guys to the top. However, the rungs on the ladder (more like steps) moved and with one false move you could bring down all those on that rung plus all those below as it worked like a domino effect.
I remember the ladder being silver/grey in colour, like the box and the little men were red/blue/green/yellow/white and black to the best of my memory!
