This was basically an electronic sound-effects device, that was around in the early '80s. It could produce a wide variety of pre-programmed sounds at the touch of a button, including insect buzzes, vehicle noises, applause, sneezes and quite a lot else.
I don't think it did any rude sounds, but it was great fun, especially if you selected the 'buzzing fly' option- your relatives would go dashing round the room with rolled-up newspapers desperately trying to find the non-existent insect!
