KP Whickers

This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

KP Whickers were crisp snacks in the shape of baskets. They were available in the mid-80s and came in prawn cocktail and roast chicken flavours if I remember correctly. The adverts had a medieval court theme for some reason. "The wonderful thing about Whickers are Whickers are wonderful things!" ran the add. They didn't last long...

My earliest childhood memory, my mum pushing me around Presto's in a trolly while I munched on a chicken flavor packet of KP Wickers. They were sensational.

I believe they were spelled 'Wickers', as opposed to Whicker (as in Alan!). Yes, I remember these, and they were seriously tasty! I also seem to remember that there was a chicken flavour of Wheat Crunchies, which were quite nice.

I remember them from the 70's. I used to have them in my packed lunch. My favourite chicken flavoured crisp/snack ever.
