Joanie Loves Chachi was one of the spin-off productions from the ultra hip (at the time) Happy Days. The show starred Scott Baio and Erin Morgan in the title roles as they try to move away from the Fonz (his uncle) and her family (which included Ron Howard).
It was never going to be as good as the original since it didn't have the strength of characters or group dynamics of Happy Days that was so special.
