Cox Gas Powered Cars, Trucks, Buggies, And Planes

Each type started in a different way, and once you get it started you could set the size of the circle to have it run in until it ran out of gas.  Some cars started by spinning the back wheels, some had a flywheel that you spun with your finger, some twisted the screw starter in the back!  The airplanes started by spinning the props and sometimes it would start and your fingers would get hit when it started spinning!  The planes were on a string so you could control the direction of flight where as the cars you have to chase after if the circle got too big or out of control!  You had to keep priming them with the specialized gas made out petroleum and oil and other chemicals that the engine burns.  You could also twist some pin that probably let air into the carb so that you could get it started.  http://www.rcgrabbag.com/archives/cox-trike-1971
