Chish 'N' Fips was a late 80's / early 90's kids TV program shown after school. The show was about two garden gnomes who chatted all day and talked about the "Big Ones", meaning the humans.

Their names were mr wheeler and mr fisher mr fisher used to sit on a toadstool with his fishing rod and mr wheeler used to stand with his wheel barrow in the garden then they'd go on an adventure and go back to the garden at the end of each episode and turn back into garden gnomes. I used to love the programme GOOD TIMES :)

Their mates were Chips the Cat and Bleep the Robot. The show was introduced by an old female Tortoise who talked to a torotise figurine called Albert.

This was a childrens t.v show about two gnomes who lived in a fish n' chip shop. That is all I can Remember though!!
