My sister had a real thing for this guy after watching Kevin Costner's "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" and especially after watching the music video for "Everything I Do (I Do It For You)." I have to admit, he wasn't all that bad on the album, "Waking up the Neighbors," though there were some songs (ie "Vanishing") during which you'd want to give the guy a throat lozenge or something: his voice was SO raspy and grating, like he was going to lose it before the end of the song!

Best memory ever! A group of us went to see "Journey" in concert and Bryan Adams was the opening act. His first song was just hitting the radio so he was still unknown. There was a guy sitting on the aisle seat three rows in front of us who came to the concert already drunk and he just kept on drinking. Before the music started he was already falling asleep in his chair. He would start to fall over then suddenly jerk awake before hitting the floor. We were betting on how long it would be before he hit the floor. We were all wrong, he started vomiting in his sleep. Puke was shooting everywhere! People were running to get out of the way! Just the the lights dimmed and the crowd started to rush to their seats. Unknowing people would run past him and slip and fall onto the vomit covered floor. He was carried out before Bryan finished hie first song,"Cuts like a knife".
