Arabian Knights used to be part of the Banana Splits show on Saturday mornings. There were only eighteen Arabian Knights shows made in all. The Arabian Knights were on a mission to reclaim Prince Turhan's position as rightful ruler of the throne from Sultan Bakaar and his Vangar, his similarly nasty henchman. The donkey was called Zazoom and would turn into a whirl wind if its tail was pulled.

    Yes I vaguely remember the arabian knights was an animated cartoon series, was there a flying carpet if i remember correctly? Whatever it was a good animated cartoon adventure series! When i was a kid I Loved the banana Splits show & their featured cartoon shows! I seem to remember wasn't it all part of Noel Edmonds multi coloured swop shop!
