Alias Smith and Jones

Alias Smith and Jones was a western TV series cast in the mold of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

The plot was simple, two outlaws were trying to go straight in order to get a pardon from the governer of the state. To achieve this they took on the alias' of Smith and Jones. But staying out of trouble was hard for them as the past would catch up with them or they would often have to help people in need.

Pete Duel was my hero. Was the other guy Ben Murphy? They were great. I never missed a show and they always got the bad guys and helped the down-trodden.
