Aberfan Disaster

Aberfan the tragic events of October 1966 I still can remember the reports on the wireless although I was only 5 I suppose it was our generation that were much affected by the disaster. Although we had a TV I don't remember seeing the news if the time may be we were not allowed to watch that particular day. I can't remember if it was mentioned at school it was 1/2 term. But the services that weekend at our chapel were done with that event in mind.
