XL crisps

This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

XL crisps where originaly a lancashire product ofthen sold in pubs. they were biggest in the 70`s.

They have had several owners over the years. They went bust a couple of years ago and Golden Wonder came in bought the machinery, then TAYTO came in and bought Golden wonder!

Who knows where they are now!?

We used to get Burton's XL crisps from the baker who used to visit the houses of our village in his van full of goodies and breads. Me and my brother couldn't wait for the baker to arrive on a Saturday morning. Happy days!
