Trio Biscuits

This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

Trio Biscuits were biscuits with a gold inner wrapper and a red outer wrapper. In between the biscuit was a toffee flavour. The Trio advert was perhaps the most memorable thing about it.

Used to have these all the time. You could deconstruct them - eat the chocolate bit first, then the toffee bit and be left with the biscuit at the end...

I personally like Trios (like most people who remember them fondly) and wish they were still available and not discontinued; I liked both the Toffy Trios (in red wrapping) and the Double Choc Trios (in dark blue wrapping).

Trios were the best! I want so much from my childhood to come back: Quirks, Pyramint, coffee walnut whips, pacers, coconut boost, hedgehog crisps, united biscuits, spangles, vice versas, fish and chips.....too many to mention!
