Today's Special (1981) was an educational children's TV show featuring set in a locked up department store at night. The main characters included a mouse with blonde curls named Molly, and a department store mannequin that came to life when a red and white golf cap was put on his head. There was also the store manager called Sam Crenshaw, and another lady that worked in the store.

    If I recall correctly, the name of the mouse was Muffy, not Molly. This was one of my favorite shows.
