I loved the black glass bottle and the musky smell of Styx perfume and got lots of compliments when I wore it. Also there was a little witch spell you were supposed to use when you wore it, something like: turn around three times and think of someone you fancied.

I remember doing the spell on the back too! It was turn around three times and say the name of the one you fancied thre times backwards. Was the incantation was something like "Lightshine, quickshine , shine your love over me?"

Blimey! I have a small black pot of Styx perfume cream - it was my Mum's & must date from about 1968, thing is it doesn't seem to have gone off and still smells quite nice. It has a gold label with something resembling a devil's tale coming off the name.

I began wearing Styx when I was in the 7th grade back in the 70's. Loved it. Thought about that fragrance alot over the years so I'm just going to have to find it again. Strange the things we remember!
