I bet you've all had a sneaky snake at sometime or another. They were made of plastic and you held them by the tail and they wobbled about... quite cool when you are about three, I reckon. They were usually black or green and the markings on them looked like the same as the markings you get on a peacock. I associate them as being either a party toy or something you'd have got at Blackpool. You can still get them now but they are smaller than the one I had.

    I bought a sneaky snake for my cousin's little boy this Christmas! He's four and loves indiana Jones. His face was a picture - he was mesmerised by the slow slinky snake moves and couldn't work it out, until the novelty wore off five minutes later.
