Run Rabbit Run

Does anyone remember a board game called Run Rabbit Run? It was set out a lot like the game Frustration with a plastic dome in the middle that contained a die. You used to have to push down on it to "pop" the die. There were three different coloured plastic rabbits that fitted in holes on the cardboard playing board. Someone else had to play the farmer and the aim of the game was - if you were a rabbit - to get home safely, or alternatively if you were the farmer, to catch all your rabbits and put them back in a hutch. Fantastic game for it's day.

I had this game when I was 6. I loved it but found it difficult to get any of my siblings to play it with me. They have mocked me all of my adult life with "Do you want a game of Run Rabbit Run?" Today at our annual family Christmas party, at Secret Santa time, I got it back. My eldest brother had tracked it down on ebay and its in really good condition. I was so touched. It's just like I remember. Now to find someone willing to play with me.

I had this game and loved it - the rabbits definitely started to lie down. Loved all games with a 'pop-o-matic' dice!!

I had this game!!! We inherited it from my cousins and i remember because it was well used that the slots on the board where you stuck your rabbits (or farmer) were really worn out, so they all used to practically lie down across the board. There was something very satisfying about popping the dice in that little dome!!!
