Rolf Harris

Rolf Harris is a cult figure, one of my greatest heroes, and definitely the best thing to be exported from Oz! I loved him as a kid with his fabulous giant canvas paintings with cries of "can you tell what it is yet?".

I saw him about 18 years ago at a University ball and he was so much fun. He was the best act on all evening, and I sang along to everything... 'Jake the Peg', 'Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Sport' and best of all... 'The Court of King Caractacus'!

I love you Rolf :)

Challenged my brother to recall how many ads can you remember Rolf in? I came up with five. He did the PIF for Teach your kids to swim. Stylophone of course. Rolf Harris Magic Brush (paint was in the brush) Cadbury's Toffee Buttons. Blow me if I can't remember the fifth!

I was a real big fan of Rolf Harris, I still am. My dad had all his records. I've stolen them off of him of course. Nothing beats walking around looking at christmas lights in the stinking heat of the night with the smell of BBQ in the air (mouth watering!) while someone plays 'Six White Boomers' on their christmas mix tape. That right there is an Australian christmas.

I loved Rolf Harris when I was a kid, which isn't hard as he's such a top bloke! I was really into his art show and I sent him some of my drawings. He wrote a really nice letter back with kangaroo Rolfs and everything. I wish I still had it but it probably got chucked out when I was a stroppy teenager in the 90s
