As I recall, you could convert this bike from a girls bike to a boys bike (and vice versa!) by relocating the top bar of the frame. For a boys bike it would be horizontal - for a girls bike it could be adjusted somehow (relocating?) to allow a more graceful "step through" style of frame. The brakes were fixed link operated (rather than cable) and the tyres were solid rubber...that made the jumps off the kerb a rather painful experience in more ways than one...I often bent spokes and ended up with a smack from my dad!
