Also known as Scott and Charlene in Neighbours, the nation held its breath in anticipation of the fictional Neighbours romance and wedding becoming a reality in Kylie and Jason's real lives.

They released the single "Especially For You" which was played at the wedding in their show.

    how i loved kylie and jason, stickers on the door, posters....i had her video live in hong kong and i used to pretend to be her, when she went off to a costume change i used to run upstairs and change and then run back down with my hairbrush as the mic. to this day i still like kylie (not a jason fan now thoe) oh how i cringe when i used to kiss the posters of him (yuk)

    Being two little Australian girls at the time, it was all about Kylie and Jason with me and my sister. She had everything to do with both of them. Books, posters, badges. Of course the music. Sadly she always got to be Kylie and I had to be Jason. I never got to be Kylie.

    I was a huge kylie and jason fan. Loved them!!!! Had posters, patchs, badges, postcards, t shirts, jigsaws. I would buy anything that had there faces on it! Shame they never got wed. I still hope.....never gonna happen but i still can hope...

    I so hated especially for you. It was quite sickening. I enjoyed listening to Kylie on her own, but I never liked Jason that much.

    Angry Anderson's "Suddenly" was actually the song that played at their 'Neighbours' wedding. Everyone at the time wanted that duet and we got it. The B-side was pretty good too (quite a fast number called "All I Really Wanna Do". Maybe Kylie should help Jason out and do another duet with him.
