Dressy Bessy Rag Doll was a squishy doll that helped children learn basic dressing skills. The huge button and poppers on the front were perfect for learning how to button up jackets, and the ribbon in her hair was good for discovering how to tie a bow. She also had buckles and zips on her clothes. Dressy Bessy was fantastically huggable and more importantly, she could withstand a turn in the washing machine if she ended up getting a little mucky.
