This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

Does anyone remember that awful (well, we thought they were great at the time) hairstyle for men - curtains! Just think of Nick Carter and you'll remember. The cute floppy haired style with a central parting and two flops of hair down each side!

    Back in the 90s, this style was everywhere, and I found it quite amusing to see boys constantly flicking their hair away from their eyes! I didn't have this style myself; I didnt want to have the inconvenience of hair obscuring my view all the time for the sake of fashion!

    Yes I had the curtain hairstyle in the early 90s, looks hideous now when I look at old photos, 2 big waves of hair with the central parting!

    Nearly all the lads went through a curtains phase at my school, and the sad thing is we fancied them for it! I remember they always used to put loads of gel on too. Greasy curtains, yuk! Mind you, we were just as bad with our wet look perms!
