Chatty Patty was like Chatty Cathy and was often refered to as 'Chattys Cathy's Cousin'. Chatty Patty was smaller than Chatty Cathy but as time progressed she was manufactured with more features.
Each Chatty Patty doll came with a number of accessories and she could talk about each toy individually when she was holding it in her hand.
