This was truly remarkable TV, lots of it stick out in my mind but the pub scene with the guy who sang "if I were a blackbird" and the big guy who crushed hands was superb. Also the scene where Yosser tried to drown himself and the kids, very gritty and obviously written by someone who knew people like that.
